Welcome to Empowering Teen Minds: Breaking Stigma around mental health, Building Strength
About Me - Srikha
My name is Srikha
Hi, I’m Srikha Manubolu, a high school junior at Rock Ridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia.
I’m passionate about mental health and am a Teen Ambassador at the Ryan Bartel Foundation, where I help raise awareness and create a safe space for teens to talk about their struggles. It’s important to me to break the stigma around mental health, because every teen deserves to feel supported and heard.
I also love dancing, playing the piano, and being a varsity athlete. I started the South Asian Student Association at my school to bring people together and celebrate our culture.
Let’s work together to break the stigma surrounding teen mental health! It’s time to make mental health just as important as physical health.
If you or someone you know needs support, speak up—you’re not alone!

Empower Teen Minds Mission
My mission is to prioritize mental health for teens, break the stigma around mental health, prevent suicide, and provide support.
You’re not alone in this journey!

Teen Talk App
Teen Talk: Speak Up, Get Support, Feel Heard.
I’m developing an app called Teen Talk to help teens who are struggling with their mental health. The app listens to the input from teens and helps identify signs of depression by analyzing their responses. It also provides easy access to important helpline numbers, so help is just a tap away.
Teen Talk is designed to make mental health support more accessible and less intimidating. It’s made by teens, for teens, because I believe that the best way to support each other is by understanding each other’s struggles.
With Teen Talk, you’re never alone — the support you need is always right at your fingertips.
